1.What to do if the door cannot be opened?
If the screen is not lit, it may be that the battery is exhausted. You need to use an external power supply to replace the battery; if the screen is lit but cannot be recognized, it may be that the recognition system is faulty or the battery is too low; if it can be recognized but there is no sound of the motor turning, it may be that the motor inside the electronic lock body is damaged. You can try to unlock it with the key.
Check the sound of the motor turning to determine whether the square rod has fallen off, or contact after-sales to deal with the line problem, or adjust the position of the door strike plate to avoid friction.
2.What to do if the front and rear panels of the lock are loose?
After long-term use, the connecting screws of the front and rear panels may become loose. You can tighten the fixing screws by yourself. Generally, one is in the battery box and the other is at the bottom of the lock. It may also be in the anti-lock mechanism. If you are not sure, you can contact customer service.
3.What to do if the system is deadlocked?
You can turn off the power and power it on again or initialize it.
