Description

Upgrade your deadbolt with encode lock for unlocking the door via password and USB key instead, never worry about forgetting to take with a key with you at any time.  The encode locks's physical buttons offer enhanced durability and error resistance, providing greater reliability and usability than touchscreens.  Black buttons with white numbers to decorate your door.
 
With this compact design, it is ideal for installed on both wooden and metal furnitures such as cabinets, safe deposit boxes and others.  This encod lock supports both public mode and private mode for different applications.  With five optional lock bodies, this code pin door lock can fit different locations according to different locations and shapes.
 
It is equipped with three AAA batteries for powering the operation.  With a Micro-USB port as backup solution, the code pin door lock can be unlocked via a additional USB E-key when batteries are power off suddenly, there is no need to wait for any locksmith to unlock your door and pay additional money to install a new one.  For ODM projects, both the lock bodies and buttons are available for making in different colors, and it is available for print branded logo onto the product.

FAQ


1. What we should do when there is no response to PIN code input?

You can try to restart the device first. Sometimes system failures will cause the PIN code to be unrecognizable. After restarting, you can refresh the system status and clear the temporary cache to restore the normal unlocking function. If the problem is still not solved, check whether the battery is exhausted or has poor contact. Replace the battery if necessary.

2. What we should do when PIN code is locked?

If the lock is locked due to multiple incorrect PIN code input, some locks will automatically unlock after a certain period of time. For example, the Smart-ID system will lock for 3 hours after 3 incorrect attempts, 24 hours after 6 attempts, and permanently lock after 9 attempts. Re-register and authenticate the account. If the SIM card is locked due to an incorrect PIN code, you need to contact the network service provider to obtain the PUK code to unlock it.

3. How to do when we find it is unable to set or change the PIN code?

It may be that the programming mode of the lock was not entered correctly or there is a fault. You can refer to the product manual to re-operate, or contact the manufacturer's technical support for help.
