Description

Compression quarter-turn locks are primarily used for doors and housings that require a higher pressure force on the seal for right or left use.  The locking process is always clockwise or anticlockwise. The quarter-turn lock can be installed pre-assembled.  This enclosure lock features vibration-resistant thanks to spring-loaded detent mechanism in the "locked" end position.

This door lock handle also features the easy and simple installation with a screw from bottom awards.  Different from the mechanical locks that need drillings or combination of several parts, this compression enclosure lock just need to fastener the lock body by the mounting screw, this really save much time and reduce the maintenance cost for daily use.  Besides, there are two versions for left-handed door and right-handed door separately. For ODM projects, this item is available for making in different finishes and adding your company logo onto the product.

Ideal for many applications include metal office furniture, enclosures, lockers and more.

Notes: Do not use harsh chemicals or solvents for daily maintenance, as this will destroy the surface processing.  It is recommended to use a damp cloth to wipe away any excess dirt or debris.

FAQ

1.How to choose a chassis lock based on security needs?
First, assess the value and sensitivity of the equipment you need to protect to determine the level of security required. For example, a chassis that controls generators, control panels, electrical cabinets, or servers will require a more robust locking system.

Consider high-security key locks, digital combination locks, or key switches, which are designed for the safety and efficiency of high-value assets and give you complete control over access to your critical infrastructure.

2.How to choose a user-friendly chassis lock?
Lock mechanisms should be simple and intuitive, avoiding overly complex designs that require expertise or training to use. Keyless options such as combination locks, keypad locks, or RFID locks can provide additional convenience and security without the need for keys.

Locks should be easy to reach and operate, especially for frequently accessed chassis. Consider the location of the lock and whether it can be accessed from multiple angles, and choose locks that require less effort to operate for people with limited mobility.
