Quality Control
At Wuifu metal, we employeed 8 experienced QC/QA that use a variety of testing equipment to carry out a range of tests, including 100% incoming materials inspection, 100% process inspection and pre-shipment inspection before each shipment.
1. Incoming material & components inspection
For all materials and components from our suppliers, we carry out a series of checks, such as size, strength, hardness, roughness, etc. And we have AQL standard to ensure the accuracy and reliability of finished products.
2. Processing inspection
In the process line, our QC participated in every process to check and confirm every pieces are qualified and meeting customers' quality standard.
3. Pre-Shipment inspection
For both samples and mass production, our QC usually check their outer appearances, functions, packaging and all other required contents as per customers requirements before shipment.
